Happy Friday friends! Back with another #furnishingfriday and sharing three living room designs! (Plus if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, I’m sharing 2 MORE living rooms there today!). I actually finished these designs several months ago but have been so bad at sharing and getting blog posts up! If you’re like me, every winter you start to crave a little bit of a home decor change! I hope these design boards give you some inspiration – they are really different looks but I can see them all working in a lot of different houses!

Coastal Casual Living Room
If you’ve read some of my other design board posts, you know I almost always start with a color palette! This one has my heart! I love the neutral white and gray tones with blue accents – a perfect coastal casual combo! Here are the specific colors I’m showing:
- SW Alabaster
- BM Wickham Gray
- SW Naval
- BM Polaris Blue
- SW Tradewind
For a coastal casual design, I like to incorporate natural touches like wood and greenery. This helps to add warmth to the space! I included wood toned furniture, like the TV stand, coffee table, end table, and blanket ladder. I added woven texture with the rug, light fixture, and tree basket. Another key to cohesive design is to repeat colors – so you can see how I pulled in dark and light blues with the artwork, pillows, poufs, and accent chairs.
Neutral Boho Living Room
The next two designs are a completely different look than the coastal casual design above. Both use the same color palette, but I used some different furniture and rugs to change up the look a little. I actually put these two designs together for two different layout options in the same room. I put together floorplan layouts for most of my designs and it’s included in all of my 2D and 3D packages (unless it’s not completely unnecessary!) – it’s great to help visualize how the room will flow!
Here is the color palette for both design boards (all Sherwin Williams):
- Indigo Batik
- Denim
- Snowbound
- Requisite Gray
- Pottery Urn
Option 1 – TV Over Fireplace
I also used this rug in one of my recent dining room designs, which you can see here!
Option 2 – TV on large wall, mirror over fireplace
I offer 4 e-design and 3 in-person design packages ranging in price from $75 to $375! All packages include full accessibility and communication with me as well as unlimited revisions!
Which style fits you better!? PS. If you’re looking for a link and can’t find it, feel free to message me here or comment below!
