Happy Saturday! Back with more baby boy nursery designs today! I can’t complain though – I love doing nurseries! They are seriously SO fun to design. You can find the cutest prints and accent pieces to make the room really special. Etsy is my go-to place to shop for those kinds of things [plus it’s great to support small businesses]!
You can check out some of my past nursery designs here. For today’s designs, I wanted to keep the room pretty neutral and add some blue accents where it made sense! My client also likes coastal casual style so I incorporated some natural, coastal elements. Lastly, her inspiration pictures had some cute animal prints so I wanted to bring in a little animal theme!
These designs were part of my 2D Full Room Mood Board package! Click here or at the bottom of this post to learn more about my packages!

Gray with Black and White Accents
The first option I put together included a very neutral peel and stick wallpaper accent wall behind the crib. I found really cute black and white animal prints for above the crib, with a literally “pop” of blue! I kept the rest of the artwork in line with black and white prints. Woven accents flow through the baskets, accent table, and mirror.
Blue and Natural Accents
Y’all know how I love my color palettes! Here are the colors in this board [all Sherwin Williams]:
- Alabaster [the current wall color in the room and a perfect warm white option!]
- Krypton [I have this in my guest bedroom + bathroom – see it here! PS. not the best picture of these spaces – they are for sure still a work in progress in my home!]
- Gibraltar [I used this for an accent wall in my own baby boy’s nursery!]
Natural wood and leather elements are the accents in this design! I love to coordinate elements to make them look purposeful. I put a pillow, pulls on the dresser, and strap on the mirror together to tie the leather items together and shelves, crib, and play gym for the wood elements.
Modern Blue Touches
I went a little more bold with the blue in this design and included a modern, geometric peel and stick wallpaper and deep blue crib. Because the blue crib and wallpaper is a real focal point, I kept everything else very neutral with the glider, pillow, and rug. I also used black as my metal which is a little more modern than the wood/natural elements in the other designs!
I offer 4 e-design and 3 in-person design packages ranging in price from $50 to $275! All packages include full accessibility and communication with me as well as unlimited revisions!
